In 2026, Tri-Mach Group (“TMG”), a leader in end-to-end custom engineered manufacturing and industrial solutions for essential industries, annnounced the acquisition of Smith Steel & Fabrication. 

The move marks a key milestone in TMG’s growth strategy, expanding the group’s capabilities into industrial steel silos and tanks while reinforcing its position as a trailblazer with integrated expertise that powers industries that feed and sustain the world.
