Stratford Perth Centre for Business

The Stratford Perth Centre for Business is committed to helping small business owners achieve their business goals.

Through Starter Company Plus, you can:

  • Get one-on-one guidance from a Small Business Enterprise Centre advisor.

  • Participate in business workshops, seminars or networking events. Topics range from writing a business plan, budgeting and marketing campaigns.

  • Talk to a mentor with experience in starting, expanding or buying a small business.

  • Apply for a grant of up to $5,000.

Toastmasters Organization
By learning how to effectively formulate, organize and communicate your ideas to others, you can achieve all kinds of success – both personally and professionally! Plus, it’s a lot of fun and a great way to meet new people!
Learn how to give better work presentations; lead meetings – and participating in them – more confidently; speak more smoothly off the cuff; even handle one-on-one interactions with family, friends and colleagues more positively! Toastmasters members learn to tell their story. They listen and answer. Through our community of learners, you’ll find your path to leadership!

The club is about improving your overall communication and leadership skills to help with your education, employment or personal advocacy goals. It’s also an amazing opportunity to network and meet new people.

Become the speaker and leader you want to be. Confident, charismatic leaders weren’t born that way!

The group meets each Thursday of every month, at St Paul’s Lutheran Church
