Rise & Thrive supports young at-risk moms under the age of 25 with children ages 0–6. Our goal is to empower these women through connection, education, and community. Each month, participants come together to:

• Cook a healthy, budget-friendly meal

• Take part in programming such as parenting workshops, financial literacy, and wellness sessions

• Receive grocery support to help address food insecurity

• Access essential items for their children through our Care Closet initiative

We’re proud to have local partnerships already in place — including the Municipality of North Perth, Kinsmen Club, and several generous local businesses — and we’ll be hosting our first meeting in January 2026 at the Kin Station in Listowel.
