Hoover’s Maple Syrup is open every weekend starting with Family Day weekend, through to the 3rd weekend of April for tours.

Hoover’s Maple Syrup is part of the Ontario Maple Syrup Producers' Association (OMSPA). This area spans an area from Mt. Forest in the north all the way down to Niagara falls in the south.

We see this event as an opportunity to embrace the Maple world, meet some producers and learn a bit about the Maple Industry. If you want, you can even make a prediction of how great this year will be in terms of production.
