The Independent Plus is a weekly, total-market-product serving northern Perth, Huron and Wellington counties. It was established in 1989.
The Banner has a proud history of growth which has parelleled, and in many instances preceded that of the town itself. Today, the Banner is one of the oldest continuously operated enterprises in Listowel.
