Diana Sweets Restaurant has been a part of the day to day life of the people of Listowel and the surrounding area since 1920. As surely as the times have changed since the 20’s, so Diana Sweets has continually evolved as well. There are however, some very basic important ideals and values that remain a constant - a good value for your dollar by way of generous portions and fresh home cooked daily specials, our customer is our most valuable asset and the ONLY reason we exist, breakfast all day (till 3pm), a great cup of coffee, and a step back in time of sorts with our lunch counter and diner like atmosphere.  As we march towards the 100th anniversary of this unique establishment to gather, dine, and socialize, we invite you to be a part of it right along with us if you aren’t already.

Most recently, Jayne and Jim Mullins took over as proprietors at the end of May 2010. Our sincere hope is that you will come by and give us a try. Our plan to begin opening back up for the dinner hour in the fall of 2010 and offer home cooked local favourites as well as the great sandwiches, wraps, & salads you have been accustomed to over the years is on track for September. It is also our hope that you feel welcome in an atmosphere that is relaxed and simple. We’ll do our best to pay attention to every detail to ensure your visit meets yours as well as our expectation of what a pleasant dining experience should be.
